Google Docs, a fantastic online document and spreadsheet editor and manager, is missing one critical feature: Users need to be able to download and back-up all of their Google Doc files (documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, forms, etc) all at once. This is critical for security and when you can't connect to the net. Also, what if your account was hacked, and you got locked out?? The real question is: How do we get Google to do it?
