Why does Java try to force the Yahoo toolbar??

I hate the fact that Java tries to constantly install the "Yahoo! toolbar" on one's machine by default. This is traditionally a practice of malware and spyware programs. I wish they'd stop! Does anyone know of a good contact email or phone number to get some feedback to the folks at Java/Sun?
